The subject of the project was the remaining industrial heritage of Tivat Arsenal. The aim was identifying ways to preserve and present its spirit that is meant to testify one of the most important epochs in the history of Tivat and the Bay of Kotor to future generations, as well as to propose means for this heritage to be engaged in contemporary functions in order to complement new venues and events with its historical, cultural, technological, aesthetic and other values.
