The building is part of a cluster of coastal houses in the central area of the promenade in Meljine, and is an example of representative residential architecture in the Bay of Kotor between the 18th and 19th centuries. The house features a recent extension along the rear façade, incompatible with the historic context.
The aim of the project was the stylistic adaptation of the contemporary part of the building.
