The aim of the project was the organisation of the surrounding area and the presentation of two remaining Yugoslav Navy (JRM) submarines - Hero 821 and UNA 912, which are located within the complex and marina of Porto Montenegro in Tivat. The submarines were put out of use and are envisaged for touristic visits.
