Lučić-Kolović Palace is one of the most significant historic buildings in Perast. Its present layout is the result of a reconstruction carried out between 2008 and 2010. The palace is today used as a touristic facility.

The project was executed for the purpose of adapting the palace interior in order to meet the requirements of a touristic facility.
