The interior is part of a family apartment, located within the Magnolija business and residential centre in Tivat.

Lučić-Kolović Palace is one of the most significant historic buildings in Perast. Its present layout is the result of a reconstruction carried out between 2008 and 2010. The palace is today used as a touristic facility.

Relevant contextual factors and the needs of future occupants were taken into consideration during the design process, which has been translated into a functional, aesthetically and structurally-modern facility that suites the spirit of the time, while respecting the conditions of the environment and the microclimate.
The aim of the project was the organisation of the surrounding area and the presentation of two remaining Yugoslav Navy (JRM) submarines - Hero 821 and UNA 912, which are located within the complex and marina of Porto Montenegro in Tivat. The submarines were put out of use and are envisaged for touristic visits.
The building is located in Mažina within the upper part of the town of Tivat. This luxurious house features a simple rectangular plan, a spacious garden and an exceptional view over Tivat bay.

Crkva se nalazi u selu Lješevići u Donjem Grblju, na istaknutom položaju, vidljivom iz čitavog polja. Crkve je izuzetno mala, pravougaone osnove sa polukružnom apsidom i bez zvonika. Oko crkve se nalazi prostrano dvorište – porta ograđena niskim kamenim zidom koji u nepravilnoj liniji prati konfiguraciju terena.
The church is located in the village of Ratiševina, one of the historic settlements on the slopes of Mount Orjen, above Herceg Novi. It is situated on a high plateau surrounded by thick greenery. The church is a single-nave building with an elongated rectangular plan, a semi-circular apse and a bell gable.
