The house is located within the first line of houses near the Kotor-Tivat road. A garden is located behind the house, whereas the front features a pier. With the neighbouring buildings, the property represents part of a former wider complex of the Lazari family from Prčanj.

Turkish tower complex is located in the village of Trebesin, near Herceg Novi. The complex consists of the tower and the remains of the surrounding wall. The tower belongs to defensive architecture of the Ottoman period and had the purpose of road surveillance in the hinterland of Herceg Novi. The project envisaged the restoration of the tower through minimal intervention.

The subject building is located in the village of Zagora, in Donji Grbalj. The aim of the project was the careful restoration of the remaining parts of the olive mill which has lost its primary function, and their restitution and adaptation as part of a vacation residence.

The building is part of a cluster of coastal houses in the central area of the promenade in Meljine, and is an example of representative residential architecture in the Bay of Kotor between the 18th and 19th centuries. The house features a recent extension along the rear façade, incompatible with the historic context.

The historical complex is located along the seafront of the settlement of Ljuta, near Kotor. The ensemble was built by the notable seafaring Radimiri family, and first appeared in the Austrian cadastre of 1837. The estate consists of a palace, two auxiliary buildings and a cistern. The remains of an older, presumably medieval building, a house chapel, position of the original wooden staircase, as well as the decorated elements of windows and doors have been preserved in the palace.

The settlement of Dražin vrt sits within the area below and above the Kotor-Perast-Risan road, with House 1112 located along the first line of houses on the upper side of the road, allowing for fine views over Kotor bay. Although currently in ruins, the building originally featured an elongated plan, ground-floor and upper-floor levels, attic, as well as two dormer windows at façade endings, facing the sea. The building was envisaged to be adapted as a contemporary family house, with the interior open plan preserved as a unique space with few partition walls.
